The Slovak Film and Television Academy (SFTA)<\/a> nominated two Slovak films for the European Film Awards<\/a> – feature fiction debut\u00a0Children<\/a><\/em><\/strong> by Jaro Vojtek and documentary also directed by Vojtek So far, so near<\/a>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The debut feature of documentary filmmamaker Jaro Vojtek\u00a0Children <\/em><\/strong>was premiered in the autumn 2014 as a part of Project 100. Film had its international premiere at IFF Beijing, where won three Tiantan awards: forBest screenplay (Marek Le\u0161\u010d\u00e1k), Best DOP (Tom\u00e1\u0161 Stan\u011bk) and Best actress in supporting role (\u00c9va B\u00e1ndor).<\/em> The documentary film So far, so nea<\/em><\/strong>r came to cinemas in the spring 2015.<\/p>\n

The selection for the European Film Awards was made by 76 memebers (out of 162), accepted and confirmed by the Board of the Academy, from among of the following eligible titles.<\/p>\n
